Mr. ASAMI (Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications) reported Recent Topics on Digital Terrestrial TV in Japan , and Mr. Yamada (Pioneer Corporation) reported Digital Information Consumer Electronics. Moreover, the third presentation was done by Mr. Arata (Japan Broadcasting Corporation.) reported R&D — Research and Development in STRL/ Japan and The Japanese situation of Video compression systems.
